found this on deviantART, its also been posted on facefuck by them, but still, this is pretty cool, well filmed, nice music, which may have altered my perceptions about it, but still i like the artwork, slightly trippy and pretty cool 🙂
ps links dont seem to be working on this post, sorry, go to http://www.deviantart.com for more wicked artwork, sculptures and arty related stuffs
So, i had the weekend off work and on saturday went skating, but im gonna sit on that footage for the time being. On sunday though i woke up after a nice lay in and went into the garden for a ciggy to find the neighbours kitten there. its gotta be about 12 weeks old as its fairly big, but by is it funny at times. im not much of a cat person myself but this ones ok by me because its funny. it gets stuck up trees, got stuck in another neighbours vegetable netting, meows constantly at birds. im beginning to think it may consider itself a dog.
anyway when i got bored of laughing at it stuck in the tree (by the way i believe it needs to learn to get down on its own initiative…) i went for a wander upto a tunnel in st werburghs that many graff artists will know. there was a day down there on saturday afternoon and i went down to see the new pieces that were put up.
after that i had a little stroll through the city farm and allotments. lamb anyone?
anyway, there are some photos below to document it all. its some photos of some GRAFF AND A CAT… and some farm animals!
ps for some reason the uploader failed on me, wil upload the rest later on, also wordpress image upload editor is shite, need to format and crop some of these in photoshop… but still until then, enjoy 🙂
So today I went for a walk with my housemate Joe to the boat he has been working on for a few days. I took some pics, then linked with my man Slipz (thats him in one of the pics of kids graffiti i think) and we walked back to Montpellier via some graffiti covered streets.
Some of you may have seen some of this work before, but I go by it a lot and wanted to share it with you from my perspective…
So I’ve been hearing about people sneaking into the Divine Lorraine, one of Philadelphia’s most iconic, albeit completely left for shit, historic old buildings, for quite a but of time. I heard about awkward interactions with the understandably aggressive homeless people that reside there. And I’ve even heard of someone falling through the floor, which has holes and gaps nearly everywhere you look, and breaking a leg. But, nevertheless, the idea of going in and climbing to the top intrigued me. I mean, for one, God knows I love a little adventure.
Either way, I was really excited this past weekend when two of my favorite street artists, Lies and Get Up, invited me along for a trip to the top. The two were looking for someone to help them shoot a little flyer for their upcoming “An announcement of Art for 2012” at Rogues Gallery…
